Configuring Flex Client for XNET Smoke Control
Scenario
You want to configure the Desigo CCFlex Client for UL/ULC Smoke Control with FS20 Desigo Fire Safety Modular or FS92 Cerberus Pro Modular fire control panel. To do that, you need to set the configuration and operation parameters described in this page.
NOTE: Windows 11 OS is required for this configuration.
Flex Client Configuration Guideline
- Configure Touch Screens displays.
- Turn off On-Screen Keyboard.
- Create the Client Station node of type Web Client, which will be the instance of the Flex client.
- Make sure one of two conditions is met: the station profile is set as SmokeControl or the user set this profile as Flex Client.
- Configure the Flex Client as Control Station (certificates needed) in closed mode.

Required Configuring an Identified Flex Client and Enabling Control Station in Danger Management. - Download and install the Flex Client Application.
- Setup the automatic startup of the Flex Client application at the PC boot.
See Configuring a Flex Station With Default User. - In the used profile, set EnableAlarmIndication to false in hldl to remove the bells at startup
- In the Flex Client Account settings, set the start node (main building) as the default Home page.
- In the Flex Client header menu, select Expand to set full-screen mode (kept at startup after first logout)
- Create a new system window (or more) to locate desired graphics (floor, rooms, etc.).
- Move the Flex Client instances to the desired screens (kept at startup after first logout)
- Select single-pane layout to maximize area, separate Event Windows (kept at startup after first logout)
